The Marketing Manager (Product Innovation)

[담당업무]
*Product and Innovation Strategy Planning (50%)

- Conduct market analysis and gather guest feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead the ideation and development of new products aligned with business goals and guest needs.
- Lead commercial strategy including COGS management, pricing to maximize sales and profitability.

*Product and Innovation Strategy Commercialization and Execution (50%)

- Lead NPD Stage Gate process, working closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Supply Chain and FSQA to
ensure successful launch.
- Analyze sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to evaluate the success of product launch.
- Lead innovation of existing products to meet market trends and guest needs.
- Optimize menu architecture to maximize sales and profitability
- Partner with IPCA to develop financials to support concept profitability (pre-market, food costs) and Operations/Training to
effectively manage new product launch process in Subway restaurants.
- Support FSQA and IPCA to develop, coordinate and execute ingredient sourcing strategy based on analysis of trade and local - - -
constraints e.g. supplier capability, logistics and distribution
[자격요건]
- 9 to 15 years with Restaurant, QSR, Food Ingredients (Meats and Dairy) or FMCG Food companies, with a substantial portion of time
spent in innovation and product strategy development and execution
- Strong commercial mindset ? able to disseminate information, identify trends and conceive systems, tools and processes to drive
revenue and profitability
- Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor degree or above.
